Piotr Spaczyński is a legal advisor who specialises in providing legal advice to energy enterprises and mining enterprises in their respective areas of activity. Amongst other things, he represents entities in concession, environmental and investment proceedings. He is a Member of the International Bar Association and the Competition Law Association, a member of the Management Board of the Polish Wind Energy Association and the Association of Mining Industry Employers of the Lewiatan Confederation.
