Wojciech Szczepaniak is a legal advisor who specialises in advising Polish and foreign institutional investors, banks and venture capital funds with regard to company law, investment funds law and the public trading of securities. He advises individual clients on the creation of optimum structures, ensuring the security of property succession by utilizing foreign foundations and trusts. He is an active member of the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.

  • Providing comprehensive legal advice to an investor acquiring a company within the mobile telephony industry, including the negotiation of terms of cooperation and preparation of contract documentation
  • Advising on the early redemption and partial-refinancing of corporate bonds
  • Developing and implementing a tax optimisation plan for a group of companies owned by one of Poland’s wealthiest women, including introducing the group into a structure of foreign entities controlling Polish closed-end investment funds
